I've actually got my own photo booth company, http://www.whiteboxphotoboo... . Keep it up!

Re: Air Delay formula for Motorola Canopy Radios

Thanks buddy, really useful. But if "0.0416" change to "0.0418", the final result would be more closer to the output from Canopy.

Re: Disable touchpad in Ubuntu 10.10

Thanks.

This script changes the value of gnome-mouse-properties -> Touchpad -> "Enable mouse clicks with touchpad" when executed. It can be run with a keyboard combination set in gnome-keybinding-properties (if you place the script inside /usr/bin as administrator or root you won't need to put the path or location of the script before its name. Remember to make the script executable):

#!/bin/bash

mode="$(gconftool-2 -g /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad/tap_to_click)"

if [ $mode == "true" ] ;
then
gconftool-2 -s -t bool /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad/tap_to_click false
else
gconftool-2 -s -t bool /desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad/tap_to_click true
fi

------------------
Taken from http://ubuntuforums.org/sho...

Re: Local Commercial – Ron’s Automotive – Duct Tape

I always knew you had potential... and I was right! Accepting the money meant they had to move in this direction and couldn't look back. But maybe that's just me being optimistic.

Re: T61 Boycott

The sad thing is, they turned literally thousands of loyal users into implacable enemies. You'll never have a bigger enemy than someone you betrayed who was once your friend. They either didn't realize that and didn't care.

Re: T61 Boycott

Finally someone gets it! Seems like all the major news blogs can't do their research, and only cover the design aspect (which is crap btw). Great job!

Re: T61 widgets are dead

Matt,

If you haven't found it already, please take a look at movementsixtyone.com. I threw it together over the weekend as a hub for all the T61 refugees. Consider jumping on the forums and posting your contact info so others can find you.

I'm also adding your blog post to the library there.

Warm regards,

Shawn

Re: T61 Boycott

I found you on uvumi.com when I didn't know you on t61. Uvumi could work out to be a very nice replacement for t61. Responsive admin(s) and a nice clean interface. It's definitely lacking a few features that t61 had, but it's also newer. I think it may be the way forward for those of us who don't like the new t61. This is completely from a listener perspective, as I'm too terrible to be an artist ;)
